Sheet steel processing has traditionally been one of the group’s most important areas of business.
Large investments in automation of machines, together with skilled operators, has made sheet steel processing very cost-effective.
Ensyro srl is using CNC-machinery as; turret punch presses, laser cutting and pressbrakes. Among the newest investment is a robotized bending machine, integrated in a. loading/unloading cell. The machines are programmed in both the Construction Department and directly on the machines in the Workshop.
Using existing equipment, we are able to process materials up to thicknesses of 10 mm. The largest manageable format is 1500 x 3000 mm.
Today, our capacity is greater than is required for our own production, and the remaining capacity is therefore offered as service production to the industrial market.
